Cancellation Policy

Although all parties under M’s Beauty are self-employed, each individual business has the same cancellation policy. This is in relevance to our ‘no show’ system whereby if any of the parties haven’t been informed within 24 hours of their appointment time, that they wont be able to attend, then a 50% fee will be administered.  Our ‘no show’ policy has to be respected as each client are sources of income for the companies and they cannot have spaces in their day that go unmissed, especially due to being in high demand.

Use and Protection of Private Information

If any information from our clients is given in a consultation form or for marketing purposes, it is taken in confidence and therefore isn’t shared among our staff or other clients. We take pride in being confidential and private with any information from treatments or what’s been provided to us in a digital or written format. We need certain details for health and safety reasons, like the doctor’s surgery you are registered at, just in case of emergencies. As well as needing to ask personal questions that are relevant to our treatments and services that we other, due to some of them having a age restriction (over 18). Our database is secure, meaning no one can access anything outside of the business. In other words, your secrets are safe with us!

How complaints are dealt with

Not that we get them a lot, but complaints are taken in a constructive way and dealt with accordingly. As a salon, we strive to be the best a most adhering to our customer’s wants and needs. However, we don’t appreciate slander or the act of tainting our business’ names, so we ask unhappy customers to raise their problems with us personally, and on a discrete level.

clearpay and E-Commerce System

We have now put M’s Beauty on an E-Commerce system so that our lovely clients can purchase courses of our higher priced services, like Brazilian Booty Lift and our advanced Vitamin Injections in bulk without worrying about costs. This is using the world-famous ‘Clearpay’ function, allowing no price to be too high. If a treatment is on your service want list, it can be achieved with ‘buying now, paying later’. Clearpay works by picking options of payment, whereby you pay Clearpay back in instalments, without affecting our business bank account, or taking too much of a hit to yours! Terms and Conditions

Sometimes services over run, but we want to urge clients that we try our best to be as on time as possible. Late clients however, don’t help this! So we ask clients to come on time, if not early to their appointment unless they are told otherwise, to ensure we don’t overrun.

deposits

Each individual business have different deposit systems. Some take a mass proportion upfront, whereas others only take a percentage. This will have to be liaised with the company owner’s themselves. When booking on Phorest, often a small booking fee is taken due to it being online. However each service is different, meaning the fee can be different for each, especially when it’s a more pricey service. Anything booked online will be taken off your final amount when paying in the salon. Deposits are taken to ensure we don’t have ‘no shows’ and that the booking slot is secured.
